The Wolsingham Cross. Early 16th century AD. The silver original is English or Flemish with applied figures. Obverse, Christ crucified, Reverse, the Virgin Mary. Found at chapel walls, Wolsingham. Now in the Cathedral Treasury, Durham. Solid sterling silver, supplied on a 20" silver chain. Height 58mm
